Craig Gibson came to Shawnee Presbyterian Church in January of 2014.  Craig grew up in the Wichita, KS area and studied at Friends University in Wichita, KS and Phillips Graduate Seminary in Tulsa, OK.  Craig me Gretchen while in seminary and they were united in marriage in 1994.  Together Craig and Gretchen have three teenage children.  Before coming to Shawnee, Craig has served in pastorates in Little Rock, AR, Columbia, MO, Wagoner, OK, Sapulpa, OK, and Perry, OK.  Rev. Gibson also served as Hospice Chaplain for St. John Health System in Tulsa for five years.

Rob ManceRob Mance, Choir Director
Robert Mance is excited to be in his third year as the Director of Music at Shawnee Presbyterian Church in Shawnee, Kansas.  In addition to leading the Chancel Choir and Bell Choir, he also maintains a private voice studio and leads the award-winning male a cappella ensemble Central Standard. Robert will earn the degree of Doctor of Musical Arts in choral conducting from the University of Kansas in the summer of 2015.  There, he has served as conductor of the Oread Consort, University Singers and of the Men's Glee. Before starting his studies at KU, Robert most recently served as interim Director of Choral Activities and interim Voice Area Director at William Jewell College in Liberty, MO.  Robert has also sung professionally with such groups as the Kansas City Chorale under Charles Bruffy and the Westminster Symphonic Choir and Westminster Choir under Joe Miller. He is an active clinician for high school vocal ensembles, maintains a recording studio, and serves as an active barbershop coach and judge. Robert completed his undergraduate studies at McGill University in Montreal, QC in voice performance, and completed his graduate studies at Westminster Choir College in Princeton, NJ in choral conducting and in voice pedagogy. Robert resides in the City Market area of Kansas City, MO with his wife Kristin, a middle school English teacher, and their Chihuahua Willie.

Andrew MorrisAndrew Morris, Organist
Andrew Morris has been involved with music since he was seven years old. He began his musical path by playing the piano, followed by the clarinet, and most recently playing the organ starting at 14 years of age while attending a pipe organ camp. Andrew continues his ministry and sharing of his musical gifts at Shawnee Presbyterian Church while attending Kansas University studying organ and touring the world again sharing his gifts and competing musically demonstrating his amazing capabilities as a musician.

Vonda NormanVonda Norman, Administrative Assistant
Vonda was familiar with SPC. Both children had gone through SPC’s Pre-school and she had developed a friendship with Pre-school Director Barb Horner. SPC's administrative position allows her time to handle family responsibilities. She works four mornings a week, Monday through Thursday 9am-12:30pm.
